REALLY FAST SCRUNCHIE
I added 2 or 3 of these to all of my Christmas gifts for girls and they were a really big hit.
Materials Needed: small amount of your favorite colored yarn
worsted weight or cotton, large ponytail holder, H hook
join yarn to ponytail holder with a sl st, ch 12, sc around ponytail holder, ch 12, sc around ponytail holder, continue you this around until it is really fluffy and you cant see the ponytail holder anymore. Fasten off and put a knot in the yarn and weave it through the sc to hide the end.
