Shell Flower Dish Cloth

Difficulty Level: Experienced

Materials Needed: 1 ball of worsted weight cotton yarn, H hook

Directions:

ch 4, join with a sl st to form a ring

Round 1 - ch 4(counts as 1st dc and ch 1), *dc, ch 1* repeat from*to* 9 times, join with a sl st to 3rd ch of beg ch 4

Round 2 - sl st into ch 1 sp, ch 4, dc, ch 1 in same sp, in next ch sp work *dc, ch 1, dc, ch 1* repeat 9 times, join with a sl st to 3rd ch of beg ch 4

Round 3 - sl st into ch 1 sp, ch 4, dc in same st, *dc in next ch 1 sp, (dc, ch 1, dc) in next sp* repeat from *to* 9 times, dc in next sp, sl st to 3rd ch of beg ch 4

Round 4 - sl st into ch 1 sp, ch 4, dc in same st, *ch 3, dc, ch 1, dc  in next ch 1 sp * repeat from *to* 9 times ch 3, join with a sl st to the 3rd ch of beg ch 4

Round 5 - sl st into ch 1 sp, ch 4, dc in same st, **dc in the skipped dc a row below and behind the ch 3, ch 1, dc in the next skipped dc a rew below and in front of the ch 3* in next ch 1 sp work dc, ch 1, dc ** repeat from ** to ** 9 times, repeat from **to* once. join with a sl st to 3rd ch of the beg ch 4

Round 6 - sl st into ch 1 sp, ch 4, dc in same sp, **ch 2, 3 dc, ch 2 in next ch 1 sp (this is the ch 1 that is between the 2dc that are in the row below on the last round *  in next ch 1 sp work dc, ch1, dc** 9 times repeat from **to* once, join with a sl st to the 3rd ch of beg ch 4

Round 7 - sl st into ch 1 sp, ch 4, dc in same sp,* *ch 1,  in skipped dc that is 2 rows below, dc behind the ch 2 that is a row below, dc in front of it, dc in back of it, ch 1, work 3 dc in the 2nd dc of the 3 dc group on round 6,  ch 1, in skipped dc that is 2 rows below, dc behind the ch2 that is a row below, dc in front of it, dc in back of it, ch 1,* in next ch 1 sp on Round 6 work dc, ch1, dc** repeat from **to** 9 times repeat from **to* once. Fasten off
