Angel Ornament # 1

This is for my friends in the Christmas Crochet Group, Enjoy!
Materials Needed: White Lustersheen, 1 inch lucite or cabone ring, size 5 metal hook
Round 1 - attach yarn to ring with a sl st, work 28 sc around the ring, join with a sl st to the 1st sc
Round 2 - ch 3, sc in next sc, repeat this 17 times (this is the top of the head do not turn after this round, continue to round 3 where you will be working the bottom of head )
Round 3 - sl st in next st, ch 3, dc in same st, ( 2 dc in next st,) 9 times ch 3, turn (20 dc total including beg ch 3)
Round 4 - dc in same st, ( 2 dc in next st ) rpt across until you have 40 dc including beg ch 3, ch 5 turn
Round 5 - sk a st, sc in next st, ( ch 5, sk a st , sc in next st ) continue across until you have a total of 20 ch 5 sps
Round 6 - sl st back into ch 5 sp just made, ch1, sc in same st, ( ch 3, sc in next ch 5 sp, ch 3) rpt across until there are 18 ch 3 sps Fasten off
Rounds 7 and 8 are for the skirt
Round 7 - attach yarn in 5th ch 3 sp, ch 3, work 3 dc in same sp, ch 3,( 4 dc in next sp, ch 3 ) repeat until there are 10 groups of 4 dc
Round 8 - ( ch 5 sl st in 3rd ch from hook, ch 2, sl st in next ch 3 sp on previous rnd ) rpt across sl st in last ch 3 sp on previous rnd
Angel # 2

Round 7- dc in each st across, (30 dc total) , ch 3 turn
Round 8 dc in each st across, (31 dc including beg ch 3) ch 4 turn
Round 9 - (sk a st, sc in next st, ch 4 ) repeat across until you have 15 ch 4 sps Fasten off
